Shave Farm offers B&B as well as a Self Catering Cottage with 2 bedroom, one of which has a double and single bed, so if you come as a group this might be an option for you. It’s a very short drive 2 minute drive away too. In the same village as Shave Farm is The George Inn. It’s relatively inexpensive and offers good pub style food in the evenings. Very friendly too! http://www.thegeorgeilminster.co.uk
There is also a Travel Lodge only 2 minutes away, and Woodliegh B&B in Ilminster. We also highly recommend checking out AirBnB if you’re on a budget.
In the summer months and around special local events, accommodation can fill up quickly, so if you’re struggling to find somewhere to stay you could also try the Travel Lodges and Premier Inns around the M5 junction in Taunton which is only a 15 minute drive away. these hotels are often much cheaper than our local one too, so worth looking into if your on a budget.
